In my master degree studies, I have learned laboratory research and mastered some molecular biological techniques, such as DNA and RNA extract, PCR and RT-PCR methods, gene recombinant, immunohistochemical staining, cell culture, etc. My research project of Master degree was the effects of p33ING1b in proliferation and apoptosis of glioblastoma cells. I have published 4 first author papers from my previous investigations. At Emory University, I am performing my PhD thesis study, investigating regenerative strategies after ischemic stroke.
